Well, I’ve officially started my Dear Jane blocks. Teresa was right, I really am having fun with them.
And they sure are cute little things, finishing at 4 1/2”. It’s a good thing I just got my new glasses. I really need them for this project :-)
Nine down…
…many, many more to go.

Are you hand piecing or machine piecing your Dear Jane? The blocks look great!
I'm trying to get enough nerve to start this project. Maybe this will do it.

I was wondering the same thing as Linda. Whether you are hand or machine piecing. The blocks look very well done.
Good job! Those blocks look beautifully done.
Very well done, good start !
Good for you! The blocks you have done so far look great :-)
Those are looking very good . . . that is a wonderful way of using up small bits of fabric. I'll have to consider doing this (some day!). How's that new Schnibbles quilt coming along? It is also looking fabulous. - Marlene
Hi Annette, the blocks are fantastic. I love your colours and fabrics. Are you paper piecing them on the machine? They look perfect. Well done.. must get some spare time and do some more too. xx
Very beautiful!

You know I made the mistake with my Dear Jane of thinking I had to be a purist and only choose authentic Civil War fabrics. And they bore me. I love your blocks so far. Keep it going. It is a fresh look at Dear Jane. Good for you.
They look wonderful, Annette.
Keep going girl because it looks like you are on a definite roll.
good luck!! i love dear jane quilts but i know i don't have the time!
Beautiful blocks, everyone of them...You have made so many great quilts, there is no way to pick a favorite
