There's a new BOM quilt designed by Anne over at Bunny Hill Designs. The theme is "baskets". I just finished January's block this evening. This cute little project fits right in with what's going on outside. We are in the middle of a snow storm. While it's freezing outdoors, I have been building my snowman indoors where it is warm and cozy. And he won't even melt.
Very cute and so very appropriate;)
ReplyDeleteWow...you finished it ALREADY! I'm so impressed!!! And your work is gorgeous! I'm definitely going to do this Block of the Month as well!
ReplyDeletewow, you're fast! love the block...i bet all of them are going to be cute...☺
ReplyDeleteOh your block is beautiful! I've seen this free BOM on many blogs and wasn't going to sign up because I have so many projects in the works but after seeing yours I'm reconsidering.
ReplyDeleteYou are quick! She just posted them on her blog, amazing. I love it! I guess when you are inside from snow, there is plenty of time to stitch.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you already finished it! It looks wonderful (O:

Hi. Your snowman are realy cute. I'm going to make this BOM, but i'm not so fast as you, :-)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you have done that already. It's all needle turn isn't it. I was looking at it thinking it would take too long to complete and thought I could always do the cheats needleturn with interfacing. Well done. Not freezing in Queensland, got up to 39deg.
ReplyDeleteyour snowman turned out so cute. It makes me want to do the BOM too.
ReplyDeleteYou are fast! Your block is adorable. I love the fabrics you chose, too.
ReplyDeleteI wish we would have a snow storm. :)
How gorgeous! I like the idea of the indoor Snowman better than being outside building a "real" one!! Cathy
ReplyDeleteThis is so darling. I love it. Good for you. This is turning up everywhere! You were such a big winner today too!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love your little snowman basket! I am practicing applique and wondered if you use any type of paper when doing the needle turn?
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
