nine patch flowers

A few months ago I cut out all the pieces to make this crib size quilt.  But then set them aside to concentrate on my little houses.

Now, at last, it’s all pieced and ready for for the stems to be appliquéd. 

It went together pretty quick…

and was worth the wait.

I made two of these and they are so beautiful! I did use more colors in pastels. One of my favorites!
